On September 3rd, Zetacast participated in the European Commission’s workshop on data off-loading. The workshop was a stakeholder meeting to discuss the Commission’s study on the same topic, called “Study on Impact of traffic off-loading and related technological trends on the demand for wireless broadband spectrum”.
