MPEG 134, Online
Zetacast participated in the 134th MPEG meeting, which was held online as a virtual meeting from 26 to 30 April 2021.
It had originally been planned to hold this meeting in Geneva, but this plan was changed due to the difficulty of holding physical meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Game Console VA, Brussels
Zetacast was pleased to support Microsoft at the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Game Console Voluntary Agreement on 5 June. The Steering Committee includes representatives from the European Commission and the three industry signatories: Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony Computer Entertainment.
IBC 2021
IBC 2021 was initially postponed from September to December then the in-person event was cancelled altogether, following growing concerns about the COVID-19 situation in The Netherlands.
IBC20201 proceeded as a purely virtual event, bringing the content and technology community together via IBC Digital.
